Has anyone tried using green tea extract – just wondering how well it works compared to green coffee beans extract. How much weight did you lose with it?

I dont know as I haven’t tried it. Doctor Oz said you can lose 17lbs in 3 months with Green coffee extract but I don’t know if I trust that or not
